Hello! I have accidentally found a Final Fantasy XI Wiki site. It says on the main page: Welcome to FF XI free encyclopedia, encyclopedia that anyone can edit. However when I’ve tried to contribute by editing an article, the program blocked my changes: “you are not allowed to edit this page”. Why is that?

Most likely your IP address is blocked. This can happen if someone was misusing your IP address before. However, if you have a dynamic IP, try resetting your modem and connecting again. If you have static IP, you should consult your ISP to have your IP address changed. Also, this might be caused by cookies not enabled in the browser you are using.
