The game is currently in beta. Your best bet is to go to warhammeronline.com and create a beta account in hopes of getting invited. You may also like to compete in some of the newsletter contests or, if you buy the Collectors Edition (currently purchaseable at places like Gamestop, Amazon, Bestbuy, ect.) you get a key which guarantees you access to Open beta (which is at least a few months off).
