One topic that no-one seems to talk about on battlefield 2 is quick snipers/quick shot gunners. This is when they take advantage of the snipers instant kill shot by randomly shooting very quickly by changing from sniper to pistol, then back to sniper again. Same rule applies for shotgun.
Most people have mastered it and can now aim without a scope straight at you before you even have a chance to shoot. It has really annoyed me because these people have taken the fun out of this game.

I dont know about that. I thought that noscoping was impossible in battelfield2.

nop, its not inpossible, so many people do it all the time - including me i was just ranting on about it because i gt owned the night i posted that comment by a couple of quik snipers nd i was too tired to fight back - in a clan game btw. You can do it because if you aim at a certain angle towards the enemy - depends how far away they are from you, then you can esielly judge where the bullet will go, if you play it alot like me im used to where the sniper will hit when i shoot whilst no scoping, gd stuff.
But recently people have been banned from xbox live - or atleast the online gameplay of bf2 - becuase of quick sniping. i havnt been caught so far =]

Try drawing a dot reticle on the center of your computer monitor with a washable marker to scan around for your enemies unscoped. When you spot somebody, quickly aim with your dot, right click, wait a second for your aim to stabilize, and then shoot. This works extremely well in small infantry maps, like Camp Gibraltar from BF2142, for example.

actually.......i can do it also and always have been able to quick snipe...i jst made this conversation on "quick snipers" so i could get credits to sell my runescape acc.......i pwn wiv sniper! favourite weap on bf2! =]
