Serious you dont know how to screenshot, kek?
I have seen odus posted link but i can explain simple too 
1. press print scrn (near scroll lock)
2. paste it in paint
3. i use www.imageschack.com, press upload, choose desired resolution and go, then copie the lowest link that will appear
4.on the topic, open the image tags, put in the link you copied, close tags and there it is in all his glory
