I know, mainly because ive personally seen, quite a few melee using some of the various rewards to be had either through BG specific rewards or through ranking rewards but I very very rarely see many casters toting these rewards.
I would assume due to population imbalances and how new a server is that each server is different regarding this. On mine, it seems as if little to no casters bust any of this stuff. I have from time to time seen a caster use a peice or 2 here and there intermingled with the usual caster stuff, but never to the extent that I see it on melees.
For example, I cant count the number of times ive seen Frost Wolf Insignia Rank 4 or higher and Don Julio's Band on melee that are obviously MC'd out.
This obvioulsy doesnt include the 2452454254254 of Unstopable Forces and Labotmizers I see in the hands of melees on both sides of the equation.
Just curious if this same phenomenon holds true of casters on other servers.

The highest ranked person on my server is a priest whose guild does BWL and is currently up to Nef and I'm pretty sure she wears a fair bit of marshal-fieldmarshal stuff while pvping.
Also a lot of melee who pvp and have done MC or BWL seem to wear mostly BWL/MC loot with one or two pieces of pvp armor and the pvp weapons are mostly for noobs anyway except the TUF which really needs a solid nerfing considering how imbalanced it is for how easy it was to get. Luckily AV will never run again so that problem will never be addressed
