Is there somebody who can tell me what is the Purpose of guilds / fellowships in LOTRO? I have been one part of several guilds and I never saw any benefit for myself. I dont know why I am made to become a part of one if there is nothing for me in that alliance. I think this is a fraud and nobody can tell me that it isnt.

If you have been a part of some guild and fellowship, then I cant believe that you need to be persuaded about the guild or fellowship purpose. I think that you should be the first to know that without guild or fellowship you wouldnt be able to get where you are right now in the game. And not juts that, but you wouldnt be able to survive for so long. That is the purpose of any association in any game. If you still are not convinced then you should try to play the game on your own and I would like to see how far you would get by doing so.
