High def xbox cables running to the projector with the xbox soft modded and run directly into our network for easy access to all of our movies and crap.

How much was that projector and can it keep up with the xbox's fps? My room-mate and I have been thinking about doing this since i'ts probably cheaper than getting a plasma type thing.

Just a college dorm, it looks really nice because they just finished building it a few weeks before school started. I believe its between 8 and 9,000 a year for this building. We got lucky and got the handicap corner suite so its bigger, my bed room is normal for the building but the common room/kitchen is bigger and the two bed rooms on the other end are 2-3x bigger then a normal room.

Its awesome so far, the quality was just alright using S-Video but as soon as we changed to the high deff cables for the xbox it jumped the quality up a ton. The projector has had no problem playing any movies or anything from our computers it all runs very smooth. We have been playing Burnout 3 on it alot and the sense of speed on the huge screen is rediculous. We just got Burnout Revenge and were ripping it to the xbox right now.

lol that's the xbox screen saver.
I beleive the plan is to switch it over to a fireplace or something like that.
