If you want to create Teen Second Life you will need to give them credit card number as well. I dont know if they will bill you something or not, but you need to give it to them. For every other type of account you just need email address, but for Teen Second Life it is not the case. I dont know why they switched to email address, when it is not working. I heard people saying that the reason is because they can manipulate with membership and now it is not possible to really see how many people are playing Second Life. In any case, solution to your problem is to give them your credit card number.
