Problem with upgrading account in Anarchy Online

Maybe I was wrong to think that after a period in time players are eligible to upgrade their accounts. Problem with upgrading account in Anarchy Online is what I am facing if I am right. Have any of you experienced the same thing or am I the only one? If you had problems, how did you solve them?

The only time I had problems with upgrading m account was when I havent had sufficient fund to do it. This is the first thing you have to check before you start asking around for some help. Money is always the issue and it is the last thing people bother to check and that is why I told you to check it first. I am not sure something else can be the matter, but I am not excluded the possibility that something else is a problem. Surly somebody will give you their opinion as well and maybe they will have some fresh ideas.
