Hi! I have a problem with Ultima Online. I installed this game a few weeks ago, and I have this problem since then. My character in the game doesn't have a head. I asked other players and they see it. Support team of publisher told me that I have problem with graphic card, but they couldn't say what problem. Maybe you will have idea what is the problem? And head is not the only one invisible, sometimes a parts of other users are invisible too.

Well, you definitely have a problem with graphic card. Maybe the card got overheated and know doesn't work properly. Other reason may be bad or old drivers for you graphic card. If you have new drivers and other games work fin, maybe your graphic card is not compatible with Ultima Online. Contact the developers support team and describe your problem as detailed as possible. They will resolve your problem, because you may not be the only one with that problem.
