I don't have many complaints about how Guild Wars handles things in the guild organization department, but there are a few, and this is one of them: The titles of guild hierarchy are not customizable – you (as the Gmaster) can't name each rank what you want to distinguish it from other guilds. WoW has that, why not GW?

Because not every game needs to copy WoW in every single aspect.
That being said, I'm pretty sure a feature like this will be seen in GW2.
