And no crazy walking towards the light stories? Life flashing before your eyes that seems to last for an eternity, which continues on to this day?

Yep.
I got worked really good by a car and though it took a while for the paramedics to get there the witnesses on the scene were pretty shook up when they got done with watching, what they beleved was manslaughter.
From the outside world I was a ragdoll soaring through the air, splatered on the road, convulsions then a dead still with no life in me. 2 Minutes later POW! I litteraly sprung back to life and tried to get up and shake it off to the shock of everyone around me.
Inside I don't remeber leading up to the event much just crossing a street then screaching tiers, a glass spider web then a deep profound silence that lasted for ages. Then a period of wandering in a soupy grey fog.
I'm not sure why I came back to be honnest.

:O ...I remember watching an interview with a man that had something similar happen to him when he died. He said he was walking through a grey fog when he died and he wasn't sure where he was, and then he came back to life on the operating table.
They depicted him going through the fog as if it was some place. It looked like a marsh, had dead trees and stuff coming from the ground, but Im sure that was for dramatics.
I dunno man, if I didn't know any better, I'd say you came back because you had unfinished business left to post on Realpoor :\

yup went in for reconstructive knee surgery, woke up with a sore chest team of nurses freaking out that i was awake running getting doctor people surrounding me making a big fuss... lol i was like WTF!!??
apparently i had been in a coma for 18 hours, after suffering a seizure mid opperation i flatlined. was crash carted trwice stabalized then they finished up on my knee and had moved me to a special care ward because i was in a coma.
needless to say day suregery became a 4 day 3 night stay lol 
i dont recall anything, i didnt even know what the hell happened until i woke up and the nurses explained what was going on and why. last thing i remember before that was counting backwards wondering how long it would take till i passed out. /shrug
my near death experiences are alot more entertaining then my actual death ahaha

I watched 5 or 6 people die. Actually was looking in their open eyes when they left, they just up and left.

Tam, that sounds really scary. I like to think that doctors know exactly what they're doing, or have complete control the entire time, but I guess that's not always the case :\.
I remember when I got my wisdom teeth pulled, they put me under and during the operation I woke up and I could feel them digging to the root to get the tooth out...it didn't hurt at all but I remember going.."oh shit wtf...om---" and before I could think of the word God, I passed right back out and woke up when they were finished hehe.
Not a near death experience, but it was uhmm, scary!
