I keep hearing about this steam roll little mobs for power leveling, so would using a higher level pally or warrior work?

using a high lvl anything will work. yes. just kill the mobs you need for quests grouped with the high lvl person

Go with a melee class to help you though.
The problem is, Casters actually have to stop and get mana while mowing down tons of mobs. Most high level melee, don't stop. By the time they're on the next mob, the small amout of HP they've lost has been regenerated.
It works nice that way. I was doing 15 minute complete SFK clearings.
like 20-25 minute WC clearings. good fun.

It takes 25-30 mins to clear that instance with a good group of the appropriate level for WC! The 15 min SFK is impressive though
