What's the point of this topic?
If your World of Warcraft account had gotten scammed, then I have a few steps for you to take so that you can get it back! =)
If the Scammer has your WoW Account Name + Password:
Then use the "Forgot Password" feature found on the official World of Warcraft website. It's easily found so I don't really have to explain where abouts it is, do I?
If the Scammer has your WoW Account Name + Password + Secret Answer!
Another simple step. You will ofcourse need your secret answer. Otherwise, there isn't much you can do.
Although your account is in the hands of Account Administration, Billing can help you retrieve your account.

When calling them, go through the auto-mated system until you finally reach a live representative.
You can say that your account was keylogged from you. DO NOT. I repeat, DO NOT, mention that you lost your account through trading!
He/She will ask for basic information. Like first name/last name, phone number from where you are calling, and if you have access to the registered e-mail address.
If you dont, then don't worry. Once they ask for the SQ/A and you give it to them, they will change the e-mail to yours and send you a password reset e-mail.
If you do this a second time!
You will probably go through the same exact process, sometimes they just don't believe you and take you to Step three (If you do this three times).
If you do this three times!
After correctly giving them the Sq/A, again, they will have the e-mail address rotated back to you, and send you a form for you to fill out.

It will be a PDF File. Print it out, and FAX (ONLY FAX/MAIL) it to blizzard. Make sure it is clear. (42 Hours Maximum for a reply back).
What questions are in the form?
All questions are basic. 'Name, DOB, Account Name, etc'.
The MAIN question is proof of ID. Library Card, License card, Military Card, etc.
Your school library card wont be enough information. You will be underage. Upon signing onto WoW.com you have agreed that you are an ADULT.
FFS! WTF DO I DO NOW THAT IM FKN 12 YEARS OLD N SHIT!

Call up billing and account services again and speak to them. Tell them how you are underage and that you will have to wait 6+ Years to recieve a drivers license or any form of legible ID. After about 5mins of talking, he will send you a USER NAME CHANGE form.
Form is simpler than the other, and it allows you to change the registered user name (Which is yours, the 12 Year old) to one of your parents! have them slap their license ID or whatever on the form and then FAX it to Blizz. 48 Hours again, and you will have your account name changed.
NOW, send the same form (The first one you got that was rejected) but this time in the adult that has now taken over the account. FAX this over to blizz.
After waiting for another 48 Hours, your account will be investigated.
You may recieve it on the spot, in a week, or hell, even a month.
