PLEASE VERIFY THAT THE PERSON YOU ARE TRADING WITH HAS NOT HAD THEIR NAME ADDED TO THE HALL OF SHAME.
I really find it disturbing that new people here will see posts from a week or 2 back, thru searching, see something they like, make an offer and wait to be ripped off. I say this because i have deleted 2 topics where the seller has been banned for scamming and the names are in the hall of shame.
If a persons post count is LOW, trade at your own discretion. if their post count is high, click on their name and view their previous posts and make sure they are reliable by your standards.
The scamming has been castrated over the last 3 weeks. I have busted my butt to try to keep this place safe for you, the member. While i have had a lot of grief from people because i STRICTLY enforce the bump policies, i have also tried to help several of you with ideas,tips and insight on what helps make a sale.
I do APPRECIATE those of you who HAVE curbed your bumping and i appreciate those of you who have told us when and who scammed you in a chance we can stop them from doing it again.
Please, keep up your good work and i will stay vigilant and do my best to protect you all from potential scammers as long as need be.

can u do somthing like a hall of fame for the trust worthy ppl because iv made a successful trade to someone who was extremly legit.

ty.. i got an idea for the hall of fame, if u decide to consider/use thise.
put ppl in a hall of fame for fair users that dont scam. these ppl must have a good record have a certain amount of ppl who have traded with this person to agree or just if an admin notices there legits tradeing they add them to hall of fame. but to aviod ppl getting freinds or makeing more then one account to vote that certian person i was thinking ppl for want a person to be in hall of fame they need to be voted by ppl with active members with a decent post count probably more then mine.
hope this isnt spam if so im sry and plz dont mute me or somthing

The Hall of Fame idea would be too easy to be manipulated. Take 5 friends, they all dogpile on a friend who is an existing user, by claiming t have smooth transactions,etc,etc, people would put too much faith in it and get scammed possibly
Granted it is an idea that has been thought of, but it is good too see others thinking on ways to improve the site as well

just trying to help i hate seeing get scammed and loseing hard earned accounts, i guess to avoid haveing freinds dogpile you could have it so ppl nominate that person and the admins look through history and such and decide that way the public just brings it to attention and the staff makes final decision. of course that is alot asked for from the staff here considering the work you and the other staff have done.

idk... i hate all of these idiots..... they all try the same thing... we warn every1 but people still manage to falll for some of the scams.. ahH!!
