I see that there are no possibilities for simultaneous development of more characters at once. That is, you can own up to three characters on one account, but you can’t train skills on two or three of them at the same time. Ok, I have to buy another account – but is there some discount for multi-account users?

Unfortunately, you’re gonna have to pay the full price for another account if you want to play it. Literally, there’s no any discount for using more accounts by the same person. However if you manage your characters correctly, you can play both of them pretty well, even with one account only.
