has anyone tried it out yet? if so what are your opinions for gameplay, interaction, and overall how good a game is it. and also wuld you drop eq for it?!

its tribes/cs/battlefield 1942/Unreal/Medal of Honor all mixed up into a game that saves your character and costs money to play. Better of plopping 40bucks out for the free server shooters

I tried the 7 day free download and I am ::Gasp:: having fun despite all the b******g.
People can bash it all they want, but the game is enjoyable and every complaint I hear is the same complaints I heard when all the other MMO's i have played came out.
I already played DAOC (Level 38 thane and 28 enchanter) and It got boring. I have also played AO, DAOC, EQ, AC, AC2 and UO heh.

I tryed EQ recently but it is to hard to catch up with the rest of the gang. The only real way to start EQ now adays is if you get a 65 char with good aa's gear.
DAoC, depending on when you played, has changed ALOT.
AC owned, but is out of date. AC2 beta was one of the funnest out of all the many betas I have beta tested for some reason, although it was apeice of shit.
AO I can't give any input on, and UO as well.

I just quit DAOC right before ToA. Paco gave me his EQ account so I may sign onto it later and see whats up although I tried comming back with my main (60 shaman) when PoP came out and just got bored too quick heh

Yeah, I restarted with a 63 sk. But he had no gear so I equipted my self with like 5k? Give or take a few k I can't remember. It was to hard to do what was required of me to do in a group. I couldn't tank worth shit becasue I had shit gear, so I had to look for groups that were sympathetic and let me be a dmg than a tank 8o\ I so wanted it to work out though, I wanted to play EQ badly heh.

DAoC is fun on the Mordred server. Really the only server I've ever played on, but...I enjoy it.

PlanetSide is awesome for the free-trial. The game gets boring the exact second it is over. But for free the price is right.
