I own a Lian Li, which is pimp enough, but I want a f*****g vapochill! |
Vapochill....mmmmmmm.
I have a Chen Ming right now, which is what most of the tower cases are copied off of.
I've been looking at that Wavemaster for a while now, it's a damn fine case.

Ok I have this one. I'm very happy with it and even moreso because it was only 60 bucks !!
The computer case is the area I plan on spending the LEAST amount of money on
http://shop4.outpost.com/product/3536634
edit : I do have one gripe with it.. to put drives in you have to pop out the little panels at the front. There is no door on the front of the case so you have this nice silver case, and an ugly ass CD-ROM drive sricking out of it :/

I saw one case a couple days ago with an LCD that had temp, all the activity icons, and a good morning message. It was a cool looking case but f**k if I can find the stupid thing again. So far I'm unimpressed with the cases. Vapochills are nice but probably expensive, haven't really dug to find the pricing of it.

you can have hte LCD still, you can add it yourself to most cases as long as your mobo will support outputting that data...
as far as the AW goes, it's mostly plastic on the outside, but it's f*****g solid steel on the inside, they have to weigh like 30+ LBS

I still contend that the collermaster ones are some of the best looking, and best engineered out there.
But, since you are such a f**k, here.. just for you!

I built a custom case for an EQ friend - used the Coolermaster ATC110 (hella nice case btw), added a custom blue LED backlight array behind the grille and replaced a drive bay with a front-mount blue backlight/white text LCD screen (can't remember the vendor offhand but I was very impressed with the screen. Did the whole startup message, temp display, fan rpm display, system status, custom scroll messaging, current wmp/winamp/mp3 playing display, FPS on games, etc. Just over $100). Was too costly for me to do myself and I'm pretty happy with my current config anyway, but it was a really good looking setup. Performed hella nice too, Coolermaster makes a tight case.
EDIT: http://matrixorbital.com/pages/product_view.asp?CatID=4&ProductID=39 This is the LCD screen I used - brushed aluminum matched the Coolermaster perfectly and with the (common but still really f'n tight) blue LED theme, it fit very nicely.
