Why rail on vegetarians? There's nothing unreasonable about vegetarianism. It's pretty damn moderate. Pescatarianism is one of the most healthy ways to live. Not vegetarian, obviously, but it most certainly is a limited diet.
Veganism, on the other hand, has quite a few openings in terms of what you can easily make fun of them for. Much more radical than vegetarianism.
Moreover, some vegetarian foods are f*****g delicious. Olive oil and a stovetop chik'pattie, your choice of condiments/fixin's--if you say it's not good, you've just never had one. This is only in terms of fake meat. Obviously fruits and vegetables ought to be staple whether or not you're vegetarian or vegan.
So, now, why're you making fun of this person? Because they're 'missing out' on McDonalds?

That's such a load of crap. In my life I've had 2 male friends, for years. We'd always hang out together - which reduced dates lemme tell you - and we'd often sleep in the same bed. We'd share a room while on vacation/city-trips and on the couch I'd crawl up to him to get into a more comfortable position. Not even once there was a feeling of discomfort, peeking, touching or an attempt at it for that matter. When I changed out of my clothes after a night out, he'd be turning around in bed, making sure he had the 'better' pillow for the night. Man, I'd even shower while he was shaving/dry my hair while he was showering ...
You can be friends and hang out because you like each other :-/
