Who is in charge of this prison? The problem might be that the prison is run by soldiers instead of prison guards. These prisoners should be working out and f*****g, not being forced to make naked pyramids.

Well, this is only the abuse that happened to get photographed. Sort of like the Rodney King video - everybody knows much worse stuff happens, but if you don't actually see the evidence it's easier not to think about it.

We should take all convicts and such, and maybe the real low end of the homeless, like the crazy all the time bombed out hobo's, put them on an island, give them crude weapons and objectives and make them fight it out and put it on PPV!
You could have like uh free for all matches, team battles like The Homeless Vs. Maximum Security Convicts yo, but you would have to give the homeless some kind of advantage cause they probaby aint anywhere near as ruthless. Like give them swords or something and the convicts big knives. ;p

I'm not saying that humiliation isn't a s****y thing to do to someone but considering the degree of shit that went down in that same space a dog collar is mild.
Should it have been allowed to happen, not in a compitent detainment system.
Should this big of a deal be made out of it? No way.
