trying to play anarchy online for free, never played before
so i download the client
got an account
tryed to patch it but then it says half way through
that it cannot get the patch form the partch server
is there anyway i can avoid this, i have tryed it several times
is there any way i can download full patch from a site?
plz send me a link for it or just tell me how to get round this

I am assuming that you are using a bit torrent and that you allowed the torrent to finish with no errors?
Yor situation sounds very odd and probably a fluke of some sort. I would just try again.

If you are given an option at any point, you want the "Small Client".
The Large Client is really only benefits paid users.
Make sure you have enough drive space also before you begin the download and the install. Some bit torrent programs will show the download complete, if you run out of drive space while downloading. Kinda dumb, but seen it before.
If I remember correctly, you will need at least 6gig for the small client.

dont use bit torrent
got of official webiste
i asked their support
they sent me this link
ftp://download.anarchy-online.com/patches
there are so many patches
do i have to download them all?

Eeek!
I dunno, sounds like you have the inside treatment. You might want to ask them.
In the meantime, why not try the proven method used by all other people downloading the game, and get it from the bit torrent?
Bit torrent whatever they are offering, then you will know which patch you need to complete it, but normally, the install will know what patch you need and do this for you.
That's why I say this is very odd.

No you don't have to download all the patches,just download the patches you are missing, ones with an extension saying: _ep are the ones you need if you have the Large Client(expansions) if not,just download the regular ones,files aren't very large,save Lost Eden "patch",hope it helps.
