Nice patch I think all in all. We did a mission tonight which was a lvl 29 mission and had some lvl 50 Baehmoths spawn on us thru one of those new portal things they mentioned was rather exciting trying to get around those.
The costume change is kinda expensive cost me 130k or so to change mine around at lvl 30, but hey when you have as much influence as I have guess that is nothing

The game seemed a bit laggy after the patch to me.. anyone else?

I played on Justice with 3 red balls after the patch, and it actually seemed better than it had been 3-4 nights ago.

Seems they overtweaked the tohit aspect of the game. It was insanely easy for me to hit yellows, while at the same time I was missing blues 4 times in a row 
Also Vic and Guard servers went down last night unextpectedly... I had a momentary EQ flashback .. Luckily they had it back up within minutes...

I went on one of the new outdoor instanced missions with some 40+ folks to some other dimension. It was pretty neat, we got to fight the Clockwork King and his "psychic" clockworks in a burnt out city (looked kinda look Boomtown).
He pretty much owned me in a couple seconds since he was hitting for over 1k with his melee hit and he kept using a hold on me to drop me out of the air.
Plus, all my broken story arcs were fixed so im pretty happy about that

I don't think the patch was actually 800 megs..
Anyway, did anyone with super speed notice that you can no longer climb slanted walls? This sucks. f**k me for getting speed.

The patch was 100ish mb, the 843mb thing was "applying" the whole game that you already had.

I'm glad they "fixed" the Purple Patch Nerf of 6/03. Was grouped with friends earlier today after being on vacation for a week. Took me from 25th to almost 28th lvl in a couple hours. Not bad. Briefly stepped into the new island zone...saw a 46th lvl Rikti guy nailing folks for 600+ a pop....noted my piddly HPs and promptly left. heh.
