Hi I used to play runescape a long time ago and I want to sell my party hats for some hard cash, greenbacks. What are they worth these days? I wanted to arrange to sell on this forum but I dont have enough "credits" anyway just want to hear peoples opinions.
Please note what color hat when you mention the value. Thanks

Well you'll have to post how much they are worth in rs cash.
And you cannot trade it, You'll have to sell it for gold \ items.
I'm able to buy it if you teach me how to use E-Gold.

so youre offering $50 but...they are selling for $1899 - white and $1399 green on several websites ( the hats that I have). If you honestly know what they are worth on this market and want to inform me please do, but dont waste my time lowballing im not stupid. Ive already been through several forums just want to know what I can get at this site.

Answer your question?
You can't sell party hats, You'll need to sell that in order to trade it...
Either way on all forums, You'll have to sell the party hats. No one buys them as they can't be traded. They buy mills, Then later on if they want, Which most people know impossible to sell, They could buy it.

Okay, I have no idea what you just said. Why cant phats be traded? Is there some sort of new trading system exclusively for rares? Also, are you saying that I have to trade for RS gold first then sell the gold for real USD?

No because theres a trade limit 3k. You have to sell your phat and get the mil and sell the mil by transfering it through bh. If the people who buy mils can after decide to buy phat using the mils they bought

I think the new trading cap ruins a part of runescape. Like you said the real world traders will be limited by these 3k caps. I play and im stuck making all of my money the really hard way lol.

Well the hard thing about party hats, is that everyone has a different price for them. it would be easier to sell the hat on runescape then sell the individual mills for 4.50-6.50 each. may seem like alot of work but if you get scammed you loose less and trades would go way smoother.

Youd have to sell it for money first, which is a hard task in itself, so the hat itself isnt worth very much.

Before Jagex took them out from Ebay they use to go for around $100 to $200 and if you were lucky $50
