I would also like to add, one detail about age of conan is that you don't need a group for level 80, basically there is just no reason to group up... its boring, and the players are just there to annoy you. If you want to run around, doing a few quests in peace, and that is just your play style. Then yeah, go PVE, but at least as it is in beta at the moment, I don't think that PVE servers has anything good to offer. PVP Server is the way you want to go, if you want groups, there you will need em, there is always some annoying ganker around the corner, and having a few fellows to help out, is what you want. The game is designed for pvp, and in such a a degree I would say, if you dont like pvp, its just not the game for you...

PvP is the way to go, you still need a lil bit of PvE though.

Yeah... but the advantage of being in a group, is that you can enter "EPIC" version of the instances, meaning, you will be in a different zone, where most solo pvp'ers cant enter due to them dying from mobs if they come solo. That is a great advantage when you dont want someone to jump you from behind while killing, plus its better xp, better drops and better loot.
