Correct me if I'm wrong but Blackcats is still open (got my acc yesterday!). The key to success is persistence, you have to be really quick as they periodically allow signups every 15 mins or so. I would make a whole topic about how to reg effectively, but I'm not sure if it's still open, due to them saying something about account registration abuse.
