A friend gave me his account with a 29 chanter, a 7 cleric, and a few other extremely low toons about 3 years ago. Never did much with the chanter (only level 35 now), but have played the cleric from time to time (level 58 ).
I've had a couple more accounts pass through my way, but I never played with them and didn't pay for them either.

Bought one a long time ago and also accuired one from a friend and let them have it back later when they decided to play again. Never changed names though. Why would I want to buy a char with a shit rep that would need it?

Depends. I had a lot of fun leveling a rogue up from 60 - 65, but shortly after making 65 I was bored. I had a lot of fun leveling Ghark up from 60 - 65, but shortly after making 65 I was bored.
Three years of being a monk that I had built myself... I was sick of her. I had played my friend's ranger (Elfric) a few times and really enjoyed being able to solo again - something I missed from the pre-pop years as monk. So I traded monk for ranger, and I love EQ all over again and don't see myself getting bored anytime soon.
Athough he was already 65 w/ 56 AAs, he had shit gear and I've gotten him 1500 more hps and 42 more AAs in the past month also. Even if you offered me $1000 I wouldn't go back to playing monk -- ranger owns

Well, the original Onyxis had quit a fair while back and gave the account to his next door neighbor, Kealii (whom I've been guilded with for 2 years - Utu, DV, BC). So I talked Kealii into trading Onyxis for Valhal a little over a month ago, and atm Valhal is just a rarely played bot, like Onyxis was. I think Kealii intends to sell Valhal at some point, though.
