General
By utilizing this site, both buyer and seller agree to the following usage conditions:
Any information or your activities shall not:
(a) be false, inaccurate or misleading;
(b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items;
(c) involve the misuse of copyrighted material;
(d) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing;
(e) be obscene or contain child pornography, including any involving minors;
(f) contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs or any other malicious software;
(g) link directly or indirectly to other sites
Neither buyers nor sellers may manipulate the price of any item of other users nor may interfere with other users’ listings or transactions.
Each member needs trading credits which will be used during trade. Trading credits will be gained through your activities on the forum and through the trade itself.
It’s also possible to earn negative credits.
User who reaches -5 credits will be suspended.
Buyer
As a buyer, you have a legal obligation to complete a transaction with a seller if you are the highest bidder at the end of an auction-style listing (meeting the applicable minimum bid or reserve requirements and including any bid that becomes the highest after a valid bid retraction) and your bid is accepted by the seller.
Buys are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances, such as: when the seller materially changes the item's description after you buy; a clear typographical error is made; you cannot authenticate the seller's identity.
Seller
As the Seller, you must be legally able to sell the item you have listed. Also, as a seller you must provide an accurate description of an item. Your description may only include textual descriptions, graphics, pictures and other content relevant to the sale of that item.
You are obligated as the seller to complete the transaction with the buyer upon the listing's completion, unless there is an exceptional circumstance, such as: (a) the buyer fails to meet the terms of your listing (such as payment method), or (b) you cannot authenticate the buyer's identity.
Forbidden Items
It’s not allowed to offer, buy, sell or exchange following items on the RealPoor: drugs, cigarettes, alcohol, weapons, stolen goods or replica items of goods.
Commercial type sales and advertising are banned also on the RealPoor.
Hall of Shame
If you have been victim of false trade or a scammer, you have a possibility to place such users in Hall of Shame, so other members could avoid of being victimized.
When you list someone as a scammer, you must provide your communication log with him/her or other kind of proof that certain person is a scammer.
Listing someone as a scammer in a Hall of Shame without evidence is not allowed and RealPoor staff will take action in those cases also.
