Why do you want to use PC speakers?
Get a headphone to RCA adapter and run it to a real stereo.

Because I dont want to move my surround sound system into my bedroom, because I watch movies on my tv in the living room.

The sound card is good, not sweet but good enough for probally all your needs. Creative is a good brand for speakers.. again not sweet but still good enough for the average dude using it.
I'd say go for it. It beats the hell (+1) out of what you got now. You'll like it.

Not a bad set-up. I personally opted for the Klipsch 5.1 though.
