So, I was downstairs watching TV, yes its about 5 am now, and I came upon an Ovaltine commercial - Not out of the ordinary in itself, but the content of the ad...
These commercials make me want to smash my face into a wall repeatedly and stab myself in the groin with shards of hot metal.
Am I the only one here? The kids like run up to some other kids and they are like... "Omg x3, Jennie's mom is making Ovaltine shakes!!11"
"Oh wow, I love ovaltine shakes!!" and they run at topspeed to the one girl's house, where the mom who has obviously been lighting up crack rocks, exclaims jovially "I better make more ovaltine shakes!" Well Jesus H. Christ, slap my ass and call me Judy.
I hate these commercials. I hope the people in them, and the people who produced these gigantic pieces of shit die slowly and painfully.

Id say it was a success if I had jumped out of my seat like those angry crackwhores and went off to my local grocery store to buy the sloppy shit.
Id say it isn't a success when it makes me want to murder small children because of their television tomfoolery and antics.

Agree 100%. I used to drink the shit occasionally even though it tasted nasty, but at the age of like 11 when I saw my first Ovaltine commercial, I refused to ever touch the nasty shit again.

It was a success actually since you came here and talked about, making more people aware of the product then before you saw the commercial. That's the primary objective of commercial is to augment awareness of your product.
