Originality of LOTRO

Hi! I got from a friend a copy of The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar, some deluxe special edition or something like that. I totally think that this game is made with stolen ideas! The crafting system, the gold and character behavior looks like a new version of World of Warcraft. Is there originality in LOTRO?
Most of the players can agree that game The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar have some of the features of the games that they played before. At first, almost every user thought that The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar is a copy of World of Warcraft with licensed promising to use LOTRO characters. If this is the case, the developers of the LOTRO game will be on court long ago!
