How come there are Only 2 Factions in Warhammer Online?! I was expecting a whole lot more from them and now I am really disappointed. I am waiting for some official explanation to why this happened and I don't know if I will get one. I don't know how this happened, but I hope it is some kind of mistake.

There is no mistake as far as I know, but nobody said that this is the last you can expect. I don't know how you got the impression that this is the last that you will hear from them. And tell me where did you see that they give out all their cards at once. That is the exact thing that you want from them and that would be insane to do. I don't know if I am being clear enough, but what I am trying to say is that there is nothing like this happening in the game industry and it is anything to worry about, you just have to give them time.

2 factions is good imo....unless they have only a few servers 2 factions would be good for population
