What vehicle is this armrest from?
Now, I don't know the answer. I'm trying to help a friend figure it out. But here's what we've been thinking.
It appears to be a GM/Chevy. At least as far as the buttons go. Also the over all look as well. I'm guessing that it's a Suburban or Tahoe, but he's saying that it looks more sleek, like for a car than a truck.
Any opinions from the rest of you?

94 Chevy Cavalier
Or possibly a late 80's early 90's Lumina

Definitely looks like it's from a big 3 car based on the buttons. It's pretty hard to guess which model though because they don't differ all that much.

Well, I'm positive that it's not a late model cavalier, as the window controls are actually found on the center consol. Not sure about earlier years though...
Malibu is a possability as well, but the way the leather on the handle itself looks, it reminds me an aweful lot of my dad's old suburban... dunno though.

I am also possitive that it is not a late model Cav.. but your rationale is incorrect. If you have a 5 speed the controls are in the door (hrm.. at least I think) I am sticking behind my choice of late 80's early 90's cav or lumina.
The blue leather that is rubbing red is curious though.

It has nothing to do with smart. It has everything to do with experience with cars.

yes d*****s. That's where I was asked. Now here goes... do you see a REAL answer there, or just a guess?
It looks to me like it's just another person's guess at what it might be.
...drat, and you thought you were so clever...

do you know if that's front or back seat? It looks like an older model, all the new shit has a bottom on those grips so you can store stuff in there (spare change whatever).

Time for something that's actually f*****g difficult:
c/(1+(v/c)^2) = sqrt(E/m)
