How do I install UT2K4 mods? I downloaded frag ops www.frag-ops.com and I have no idea how to install it. I'm using Linux and I'm trying to locate some decent documentation. I Have a feeling I just need to drop the files in my existing UT folders but if anyone has can help I'd appreciate it.

Bring up the Command Prompt (it's in your start menu somewhere in Program Files. Then type format C: and hit Y for yes. You'll then be in the UT2K4 editor and can do all the shit you want.

Usually (basing this off of past games) you just copy the files to a specific directory and then the game will recognize them on next boot...
Readme.txt is helpful though

He said Linux in his first post, and you come back with a format windows joke.
Typical clueless Microsoft user. Why don't you pull that built-in cupholder out and go play Polar Bowling or Yahoo! Checkers?

He meant the instructions contained in the Readme were written for the Windows OS.
The way you install software on a Linux and Windows box is different, and Epic didn't bother to include info on how to install Mods under Linux in their readme.
Edit: I've run UT2k4 on my laptop using Fedora, I have zero clue how to run mods under it though. If I run across any info, I'll let ya know.
