Earlier today, I was working in Publisher..I had some stuff on the clipboard and when it asked if I wanted to save it here to reuse it, I clicked yes, saved my file, and moved along.
I just tried to cut/paste something into a new document in Word and keep getting a message that I cannot cut/paste/etc cause the clipboard is busy, try back again in a bit or close other programs I am using.
I've never received that message before, so I closed word, reopened the Publisher file, deleted what I had outside the lines of the document (I am assuming that was what was on the clipboard?). resaved the file, closed Publisher, went back to Word...and am getting the same message 
I looked on MS's site but can't find anything that applies to what I am doing. Any suggestions? Oh yea, I've rebooted to no avail.
