WE'RE RECRUITING RIGHT NOW....
so if you are looking for a Time able guild, like raiding (usually raid nightly sunday thru thursday from 7est to 12-1am est), know how to play your class (not eBay from christmas), have roughly at least 100 AA's, and like a loot system that lets you control what loot you get. (you earn points to spend on whatever you want)
don't think because you are unguilded or in a small guild that you can't handle the high end game. its just a matter of adjusting to mobs that hit like trucks. easily fine tuned. as long as you want to make the adjustment.
if this is you (and maybe a buddy) then fill out an application on the front page and bug the heck out of your sponsor.
or, if you have any questions you can send me a tell or someone else in the guild if you happen to know one.

nope. in conversing with a few non-guilded people they didnt think they stood a chance at a higher end guild. i feel safe in saying that there are other quality people in this same boat. so i'm trying to reach out to those people and let them know we're a realistic option.
even if just 1 person applies and ends up becoming a member. then i guess this thread served its purpose.

Most people feel like getting flagged from scratch is a daunting task where as it's just a 1 month thing if you play a reasonable amount. That's probably the biggest thing people in non raiding guilds or casual players think will keep them out of a good guild. Once you are in a guild it's usually about paying attention and not being stupid and that's a skill most people should have by the age of 10.

My guild went from 1 night farm time to barley pulling 54 starting 2 hours late in 4 weeks. Almost everyone that left quit EQ. It's sucking hardcore right now.

Isriam, I know you enjoy fighting with CoS, SoTN, etc about numbers used on raids, but PoTime and above, it doesn't really matter. 72 for Time, 54 for GoD. I can't even remember the last time someone said something stupid like calling Pak a zerg guild.
I'm pretty sure nearly all Time guilds have taken a hit in membership since GoD came out. Ironically the fact that the instanced raids are designed for 54 instead of 72 is a good thing. Its like SoE anticipated how crappy their expansion would be and adjusted raid sizes.
Numi is probably in the worst position when it comes to this, the Kod'Taz guilds can go and farm Quarm quality loot with 40-54. Numi is still learning 72 person content. In addition, I don't think the craptacular DX9 changes are exactly helping Numi beat Vallon Zek.

My point is more that Numinous can f**k themselves. They are the holier than thou version of CoS. I have a few friends in the guild that I love more than anything, but the majority of the people in the guild only give a shit about themselves and could care less about their surroundings unless it benefits them. Case in point? When they entered PoTime and refused to work an agreement with the other 3 guilds there already.

I think Isriam is still mad because apparently Numi killed RZ one night for some back flags when he was planning to.  I do like the idea that we are so powerful that we can blow off 3 other Time guilds and take what we want.

Numinous was fine in the negotiations. I don't know who started the rumor that they weren't.
We usually let them know when we finish early so they can get another 1/2 night on our days, and I know we wouldn't be doing that if they were not cool in negotiations.

The rumor came about when they were getting close and hadn't started negotiations. Some people were getting a little ansy about it but they were good about it.
