As I was talking to Koveres and we were looking over the new loot on EQ rankings, I realized why I cannot and will never come back to EQ. The game makes me too competetive, moreso than I am on a normal basis. I always needed to have better stuff than someone else I knew etc. I don't want to play a game with that mind set. I still miss the few friends who still play including the both of you (ok even Yaki too!) FFXI is going alright, it's a bit frustrating at times, but since I realize I can never be the best (thx to Japanese having the game a year ahead of time or so), I can just play the game to enjoy myself. Sorry to jack the topic thread! GL on recruitment numi ^_^
