Hey, I have started the Everquest 2 recently on the PvP server. I was wondering if it would be possible to transfer the character to some non pvp server without problem. Some people say that it is impossible to do such thing, while others claim that everything will go easy and with no problem. Whom should I trust?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer to non PvP server from a PvP server. Such thing was possible in the original Everquest, but that cannot be done in Everquest II. Nevertheless, it’s all explained here (the conditions of character transfer etc) http://eq2players.station.sony.com/news_archive_content.vm?month=042007&id=1143. This applied to some former char transfer, but I bet the conditions are pretty much the same nowadays.
