Is this true, there will be no reputation system in Age of Conan? If it is, that's great news IMHO. I never could see the point of reputation quests in MMOs, well, I could see the point but the execution usually made very little sense. You could usually play both sides of the fence at make nice with everybody, which is just bloody stupid IMO.

Hear, hear. I'm right there with you. I never liked reputation systems, although how "faction" standing is going to work in AoC remains to be seen. I suppose some things could be measured by degree of "taint" (or whatever that black arts thingy is called), but that wouldn't work for everyone, so…
