The politically correct police are at work again!!
Knighthoods should be scrapped because they smack of snobbery and elitism, a Labour-dominated Commons committee ruled today.
The ancient title of Sir, evoking the age of chivalry and King Arthur's Round Table, would go in sweeping changes to the honours system.
If this shit wasn't so scary it might be funny, the word tradition will be outlawed soon and white males will be sent to jail immediately upon turning 18 as punishment for the past sins of our kind.

The ancient title of Sir, evoking the age of chivalry and King Arthur's Round Table, would go in sweeping changes to the honours system.
The Order of the British Empire, used to honour sporting heroes, community leaders and celebrities, would also be scrapped because the word empire sounds "anachronistic and insensitive".
CBEs would go because the title "Commander" is deemed to sound too militaristic.
The calls come in a politically correct blueprint for overhauling the centuries-old honours system.
In place of ancient orders of chivalry, a stripped down system would revolve around just one main type of honour, the Order of British Excellence.
Automatic gongs for civil servants would be scrapped - while new rules would give more honours to women and members of ethnic minorities.
The proposals came in a report by the Commons Public Administration Committee which attacked the twice-yearly honours lists for being secretive, over complicated and out of date. Too many appeared to be given for political reasons by No 10.
All knighthoods would go within five years, except for a small handful in the personal gift of the Queen.
The report said: "Such titles are redolent of past preoccupations with rank and class, just as Empire is redolent of an imperial history. Their continued use strikes a false note, which is no doubt why some recipients now prefer not to employ them."
The MPs admit there is huge public respect for MBEs, OBEs and CBEs but said the link with the empire was a "significant flaw" and "no longer acceptable" in a multicultural age.
"This is anachronistic and insensitive, an inappropriate symbol for today's Britain."
It added: "The term Commander, as used in the CBE, has a militaristic ring which now sits oddly with a largely civilian award. The new Order should therefore have Companions instead."
The plans are bound to spark a backlash among traditionalists who support some 3,000 people from all walks of life being honoured by the Queen each year.
They will also infuriate civil servants, currently threatening strike action over job cuts in Gordon Brown's spending review, many of whom regard a "K" as a right.
