I think that you are just being a bit irrational with this comparison. There is no way that Skaven in Warhammer Online can be even remotely compared to Conan in the Age of Conan. But it really doesn't matter what you think about role that Skaven plays, or should play, in Warhammer Online. What matters are that you haven't heard a rumor, this is something that is really happening and there is almost nothing that you can do about it. What you can do is to make a petition to bring back Skaven in Warhammer Online, but I don't know how much that will do.
