No Recoveries Does Not Make a Trade Safe!

Forgot to state this:
When the user gives you the recoveries the only way he can make sure that you don't recover the account is by attempting to delete the current recoveries. (By saying he didn't set the recovery answers)

yah thats bs trading limit and stuff but i guess its ok some times. cause u cant get scammed.

I always set new recoveries once a month but once i sell and account, i keep it sold because i never sell accounts and think after it hmm.. wait a minute, i still like that game! No. I only sell accounts of those games that i am 100% bored of.. but with or without recoverys u can still recover your account. I just laugh at when u log in rs it says You do not have recoverys set. If you lose your password there is no way to recover your account.. yh rite =D

so is there a safe way to trade or what. I have alot of accounts with recovery questions but people always say they won't buy them because of this. If they say that does this mean its a scam?
