Most people seem to think it will be an E-reader kind of device that will work with the gamecube, or something involving the hologram display that was at E3.

The Ique is just a xbox-controller lookalike that plays SNES and N64 games downloaded onto low cost memory cards from special kiosks in china, since china didnt get those systems.

we still have awhile before the next generation of consols come out, while the GameCube may not be doing the best they still have ALOT of new titles coming out. The GC has alot of good games, and it's not out for the count yet.

Metroid (I throw this in because so many people seem to like it. Although, i found it to be pretty, but boring game.)
Maybe Mario Kart Double Dash when it comes out...

You have obviously not played alot of games on the gamecube, there are alot of good titles that aren't NINTENDO brand, Beautiful Joe for one. Windwaker, Star wars rogue squadron II, and III. They have just as many good titles as the Xbox, and the Xbox is still doing just fine. Playstation 2 will always probably have the best titles, but gamecube has more good titles than it's commercialized hits.

Mario Kart came out yesterday and its the best one yet imo.
Viewtiful Joe was a bit short but fun as hell, smash bros is great, bomberman was pretty good, the multiplayer part of it was just as good as the old ones.
Metroid is fun, not as much replay as the old metroid games, I didnt care for the last zelda game though.
Also eternal darkness was good, like resident evil but way better control.
Mario Golf and mario party 5 were both good too.
Mario sunshine wasnt as bad as everyone says. Not great but better than any platformer on xbox for sure.
Plus final fantasy crystal looks amazing, theres a short preview movie on the bonus disc that comes with mario kart.
So thats quite a few good ones without even mentioning games that are on multiple systems.

And now with the zelda collectors disc with zelda 1, 2, OoT, and MM, theres not much reason to not buy one if you like nintendo at all.

I had an xbox (twice), the only games I liked for it was halo, buffy, and KOTOR.

cant beat 99bucks for a gamecube

the gamecube is a damn good system for the price and what it can do

For a person like me who does not have the funds to buy a new game every week it is a good system.

It has some great games and some great remakes.

I can't wait for Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes.

I had a fun time playing it for the PS1 and I look forward to playing it on my gamecube when it comes out.

I plan on buying Mario Kart soon.

I also await Final Fantasy Crystal Cronicles. It's not a normal FF game because it's multiplayer(console not online)and it is realtime fighting like Zelda the windwaker.

GameCube may not have the disk space like other games or better 3rd party support but it is still a great system.

Crystal Chronicles' fighting system looks much better then windwaker's autistic attempt.
I just got a black gameboy advance sp to replace the GBA with afterburner I sold a while back... just have to say the GBA SP is the best game system ever. And it'll make a cool controller when final fantasy comes out!

Mario and Luigi superstar saga for gba is kind of a sequel to super mario RPG/paper mario. You can level up your moustache!

Don't forget Soul Caliber II, excellent title.

im gonna go to eb after christmas and check out the game for gamecube and see if any look good cause i really havnt heard much hype about any gc games like you do for xbox and ps2.
