New to Anarchy Online Gameplay

I am New to Anarchy Online Gameplay and I was thinking to ask a couple of questions before I make any actual move in the game. Are there two sides like in most of the other games, or should I be looking behind my back. Is there something I really need to know before I get started, or will I be able to get everything together after I start?

This game is different in many aspects then other online games you had an opportunity to play, but it is also the same in all the biggest aspects. Like there are sides that you will have to take when you start playing. You will be able to create your own character and you should be careful when you do it and how you do it, because that character will stay with you for the rest of the game. You will have a few friends and a lot more enemies and some friends you will have to look out for. It is something that you will pick up along the way.
