How do you not understand how new content is added to the D&D Online? It is so simple, even the little kids know. But, somehow you did not figure that out. With every new patch or update, developers are fixing bugs and adding new stuff into the game. The new stuff can be new weapons, new armors or eve new items. Besides them, new content is added. They can be new quests, new NPC characters, and much more. That way, the game itself is always getting fresh and it can never grow old.
