Hello, everyone. I'm looking to come back to FF XI after a lengthy break (been out of it for about a year now), and while searching around the web for news of the changes and updates made to the game in the meantime, I came across this: http://www.playonline.com/ff11us/announc/dev1131b.html
Can anyone tell me what that's all about? What kind of new battle system did they implement?

First of all, that link is broken. I tried adding an "e" after "announce", and it still shows me just a 404 error page, so I've no idea what that's all about.
