I am offering a new account service and here is how it works.
You send me a private message of an account name (not taken yet) that you want and the attack strength and defense levels you want for that account. I will quote you on the price and if you agree, I'll give you an estimate of days of how long it will take. I will level that runescape account to the levels you selected. Then, when it is ready, we can get a middleman (so it is a safe, secure trade) to help with the process of payment.
The max level I can do is 50. This is a good priced service, and will never cost you more than 30$. PM me if you are interested.
