Hello. I have some troubles here with my Neopets account. First it was stolen, and now it is frozen. Then after granting my account back again, I was happy, but now I am missing 6 lab map pieces together with several neopets. After short period of time, my account become frozen again and it the server is telling me that I my account is scamming some of the login pages, I don’t know how to explain. Anyway, someone had similar experiences so far with this game? Thanks in advance.

Well, you can say that you are honest guy, and let’s say that you are alright, but the only logical reason for freezing the user account is because you somehow scammed other users earlier. If you can, why don’t you try to open another account and to transfer all neopets you have, while you still are somehow able to login occasionally, because you can lost everything you had so far.
