Hi,
i saw that person can chargeback all PayPal payment methods. So i would like to ask you if there is a way to get payed and not worry to be scammed by charged back money.

Maybe there is more relayable way?

Well, with paypal use the claim and cancel method. The claim and cancel method means that the buyer claims a dispute and cancels it, then they can't charge it back, unless its made by a credit card payment. You probably always want to use paypal funded by bank or balance funds.

Hope this helped,

If the buyer claims a dispute and you have no money in Paypal account, Paypal will ask you to deposit the money back to the account.
If you dont do so, Paypal will ban your account and your visa.

I would say Western Union is the safest bet.

They cannot chargeback even by creditcard funds claim&canceling, unless they call their company. Still don't know how to provide proof for PayPal if they have scammed, Maybe get them to check their IP and hopefully its at the address of the creditcard. If so they should be fined $500 for fraud but then again they could be scammed and needs to chargeback. BAH. I hate creditcards.
