I had similar problem several months ago. I could not log to server for about one week. It was driving me completely crazy. The point was that the server was down, and the server-guys were not able to fix the problem. They had to change the entire server, and after that to test it, if it could cope with the bandwidth and high PCU stress. Maybe that is the problem in your case. On the other hand, maybe the server is full, so you cannot log in. Alternatively, maybe it is some other thing. Who knows? D&D Online is complicated game, and so the answers are too.
