Need help, DVD RW is disabled

My burner is not there when i goto my computer, i have a floppy, DVD-ROM, and a Lite-on DVDRW-411S (which does not show up).

In the bios it sees both of the cd drives, under Device Manager it has it disabled, it says "This device is disabled. (Code 22)" and if i try to enable it, it won't.

I have never actually used it i bought from microcenter last year its a poweredge.

I need to burn this season's smallville please hElp.

Gah i am a n00b after a hour of messing with it i uninstalled then reinstalled it windows recoginzed it right away and off to buring smallville we go.
